First All Day Freezer Cooking: Deer Meat

The morning went quick...already made 2 spaghetti dinners and browning more ground deer for the freezer...enjoying my freezer cooking day so far! I think the aluminum pans are a huge help. I have a bunch of them to use when I need to take food out to a social gathering (no worrying about remembering to take home the dirty dishes). So here I can use them to divvy up the portions, and help to cool down the entree before pouring them into the gallon size Zip bags that will store much easier into my freezer. It's also great that I use these pans because I know I can stick them into the dishwasher and easily reuse them. Gotto love that.
